Give As You Live!
Each week we provide you with simple ways to give. Participating in these small acts of giving allows you to reflect on your philanthropic behavior and engage more regularly with Locus.
Perform a Random Act of Kindness. One small act of kindness per day can make a huge impact on the world. This week, we encourage you to do something kind for a parent, a mentor, or someone who has been a positive force in your life. Showing appreciation and care is the best way to not only pay it forward but also to pay it back. Introducing Motivote! Voting is one of the most important ways you can be civically engaged- but youth turnout is consistently low. Motivote is a new platform designed to fix that by making voting easy, social, and fun. They combat common micro-barriers with social accountability, competition and incentives. Read the article below and check out their website to find out more!
